It’s been a long haul but construction is nearing an end. We will be open by early October in our new facility located 2 blocks south from our current address (where Rebounderz used to be). Our new address will be 480 S. Ronald Reagan Blvd. A few weeks after we have opened we will be throwing a Belated Birthday / Grand Re-Opening Party with tons of beer, live music, food and fun for all! Make sure you sign up for our newsletter or like us on facebook to get the latest information about the festivities soon to come.
Here is a sneak peak of our new brewery. The taproom is too large to post pictures of so you will just have to come see it for yourself. We will have 40 taps, thousands of bottles, a stage for live music, a barrel aging room and multiple TV’s showing beer documentaries or whatever you want to watch. We want to make sure that we maintain the same chill vibe in the taproom so we have implemented some new wireless audio technology. Even though we will have many TV’s it won’t sound like a sports bar, just nice background music. If you wish to listen to a certain TV you can stream the audio to your phone by downloading a free app on your smart phone. Listen to the game on your phone, earbuds or on a bluetooth speaker. Everyone is happy!
We can’t wait to pour you a pint!

If you haven’t heard already, yes we are moving to a much bigger facility! We will be walking distance from our current location (where Rebounderz used to be). The brewhouse will increase from a 3 BBL system to a 10 BBL system but we will have the capabilities to brew 9 times more! We will also have a designated barrel aging room for our 750 bottle releases. Bottles will vary from Barrel Aged Sours to Stouts, Barleywines, Scotch Ales and much more. The Tasting Room will have tons more taps, bottles, live music and events as well as food readily available – all the time. We are happy to announce that the legendary Papa Bee’s and Wako Taco will be opening new restaurants directly attached to our taproom. A very large covered beer garden will stretch down the front of the building incorporating The Hourglass Brewery Tasting Room with Wako Taco and Papa Bee’s providing a friendly, community area that is both beer and food friendly. You can also bring any food inside the Tasting Room as well. Stay tuned for Grand Re-Opening details. It’s going to be one hell of a party!
On another note, we want to thank all of our amazing customers and regulars. You made this whole thing possible – we are forever grateful for your support, help and honesty along the way. If you want to help even more, please take the time to let the locals and Central Florida visitors know where your favorite place to get a beer is. We had an overwhelming response in last year’s Orlando Weekly’s “Best Of Orlando” poll. It’s that time again – let’s spread the word! Cheers!
